Job Description
Owner’s Representative is responsible for overseeing our client construction’s projects including:
• Maintain regular presence on site during the hours where other contractors are present and working.
• Establish and maintain working relationships across the entire Project team to include our client, other contractors’ personnel, landowners and regulators such that they can positively influence safety, contract compliance, quality, schedule and budget on a Project.
• Establish and maintain working relationship with our client’s Project Manager for the Project site, establish regular communication channels.
• Assist Construction Manager to Monitor safety performance of the applicable construction contractors, suppliers and/or any relevant subcontractors in collaboration with our client’s safety consultants and EHS group.
• Assist Construction Manager to Monitor the quality of electrical, civil and mechanical construction, including electrical interconnection, and ensure compliance with applicable permits, supplier agreements, construction agreements, scope of work, designs and specifications.
• Assist Construction Manager to Monitor the quality of vegetation management and adherence to environmental requirements, including SWPPP, supported by our client environmental consultants.
• Assist Construction Manager to Monitor material and equipment deliveries according to supplier agreements and good practices on material management.
• Assist Construction Manager to Engage a group of Quality engineers to perform the services above.
• Assist Construction Manager to Monitor the progress of construction, including electrical interconnection and adherences to the Project schedule of applicable construction contractors, suppliers and/or any relevant subcontractors.
• Establish regular points of connection with other contractors, including but not limited to attending Plan of Day (POD) meetings or Eng Of Day (EOD) meetings as established by contractors and any other all-hands meetings.
• Establish a positive working relationship with all contractors, subcontractors, and/or any suppliers. Be a steward of collaboration and reward good work.
• Perform regular visits to the construction areas, participate in quality benchmarks and safety programs by Project contractors.
• Assist Construction Manager to Report promptly to our client any deviation or foreseen deviation from the Project schedule and/or Project costs.
• Assist Construction Manager to Act as liaison between all Project personnel on site, the property owners where the site is located, government officials, the public, or any other relevant party.
• Provide weekly written detailed records and photos of progress of all activities on-site and discussions or agreements with the applicable construction contractors, suppliers and/or any relevant subcontractors transmission provider, site owners, government officials, the public, or any other relevant party.
• To ensure Owner’s Representative is adequately prepared to work on the Project, attend in-office or virtual training and meetings when required. Apply the learnings from those sessions to your service on the Project.
• Utilize Project Team, our client’s construction management software, for reports, documentation storage and review and any other applicable tasks.
• When not on the Project site, Owner’s Representative may participate in virtual meetings, or review documentation for the Project.

Job Details
Job Duration:
18 Months
Compensation:
$60 - $65 per hour
Job Qualifications
• Current OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications to be maintained current through the Services provided to our client.
• 6+ years of progressive construction management in the technology of the project. 10+ years of progressive construction management in solar, wind, and/or BESS farm construction.
• Construction management experience on power industry and/or renewable energy industry. Wind, solar, and BESS farm construction.
• Thorough understanding and implementation of projects in accordance with safety standards, contracts and specifications, quality, schedule and budget.
• The ability to establish and maintain working relationships across the entire project team to include our client, other contractors’ personnel, landowners and regulators.
• Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
• Able to travel at least 3 weeks per month to various project sites of our client’s in the U.S, and able to provide Services for up to 50h/week. Able to arrange travel according to project site’s work schedule.
